All of the animals at Grandfather Mountain were out and about sunning and getting ready for Spring to roll on into Summer. Plenty of people visited and here are some images to start off the 2008 season. Note: This is a State Park preserve with some injured animals (from hunters) and some born to captivity so they can't be turned to the wild. Beautiful place to visit with some nice animals.
